Our bed smelled like urine. It had clearly been urinated in recently. The sheets were clean so we didn't notice anything until we laid down for sleep. The front desk employees did nothing to help. We were given no refund.

Attendant at check in was pleasant and welcoming. We arrived later than expected due to heavy traffic. We were tired and worn out from our long drive. She made check in swift and we were abme to get to our room and rest.

The check in and out process was a breeze.. The hot breakfast in the morning was great! The only con I even have was the pull out couch bed was poor quality, not comfortable but again that is to be expected with a pull out bed I suppose and my smaller kids slept on it so no worries!

We stay here last year because it was a wonderful experience, and we were not disappointed this trip. The holiday decorations & lobby is warm and welcoming along with the staff that was at the front desk & the pleasent lady stocking the breakfast foods in the morning. Room was clean and hotel is centrally located to Everything.

A fantastic stay. Everything worked well and was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was more than enough. Had all the essentials. I guess my only complaint was that it was so close to the interstate that it was a little noisy at night. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.
