"The staff is friendly & helpful with my questions and needs. This morning the front desk lady was very kind in letting me know I was off a full day today is the 19th not the 20th. Suppose it could be because I am very anxious to move into a hot tub room on the 20th?! "

"Great location as far as being so close to downtown Redlands, though the neighbor can seem an little iffy. The home was as described (we were even told of the previous guests damaging a few items at the home, so we appreciated the heads up). I would note for anyone with scared or reactive dogs that both neighbors had their dogs outside at almost all times during our stay, and they barked quite a bit whenever you’re in the backyard. Didn’t deter us too much, as we would still stay at here again."
