"Cottage is small but well equipped. The welcome gifts were wonderful and very thoughtful. The property is close enough to a few different points of interest like Dartmouth and Newport, as well as some other areas we werent aware of but found very unique. The welcome packet dies a great job of highlighting things to do in the area."

"Property was just the right size for our needs. Since it was colder, we couldn't use the lovely outside seating or fire pit. They would have been perfect based on what we saw. It was wonderful looking out the windows at the water and fun to watch the ducks swimming and the seagulls perched on the rocks. The kitchen had all the pots, utensils, and dishes/glasses to allow us to dine as we wanted. The beds were comfortable. The home's furnishings were lovely. I truly appreciated that there was a decorated Christmas tree and other holiday decorations when we arrived. Definitely a home we would consider for future stays."

"Beautiful home and yard. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. We are all older and really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. We lived on one side of the house and she on the other, separated by a hall with our own door. We would not have known that anyone was around except for the times when I called and would ask questions. our kitchen, bath and bedrooms were very nice as was our host"
