The property is really a 5-star hotel. The area is good (for Mumbai) and there are high-quality malls very nearby, but some may not feel comfortable walking around, but this is not down to the hotel. The room and installations are top-notch. However, the reason I wrote this review is down to the staff, which is outstanding and caters to your every need. The concierge staff went out of their way to get everything we wanted. Another outstanding employee is Alankar Mantri. He made us feel at home every morning at breakfast.

Excellent stay at this fabulous hotel. Service is amazing. Room was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. Pool was wonderful and service here also fabulous.
