My family and I have stayed on this property many times, and mostly in the casitas (or as they are now called Privado Suites). Service is fantastic, and the rooms are always clean and well maintained. We oftentimes come for Christmas at the Princess, which is very fun for the kids. Definitely recommend this property.

This property was beautiful! We arrived first night if the festivities of lights, and it was stunning! Something to do for whole family. A little on the pricier side, the customer service does not disappoint! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would def stay again!

Fairmont Gold is a GAME CHANGER
This was my 3rd time to this resort. First time experiencing "Fairmont Gold". It was such an elevated experience. I highly recommend upgrading to or booking gold. You will not regret it. So many added benefits and ammenties!!
