Towels with a bad smell, we asked for new ones and they also had a bad smell. They did not provide cleaning service even though we posted a sign that it was needed, we asked and they told us that we have to let the reception know otherwise they could not do it. The bathroom and the room had an oil paint smell. Damaged electrical outlets so damaged that we could not be able to plug our chargers in we had to move the nightstand and plug it in from behind it. The entrance door to the room had to be kicked to open.

Everything is ok including the price. I would suggest for the breakfast to change the meat section everyday. It’s not bad at all but if you stay there for a week then you wouldn’t like to eat the same food each day.

On the website it stated that the hotel always have a front desk agent 24 hours a day. However after 11pm est no one is ever available to help. Also the property manager is very rude and not accommodating. After request and granted a late check out from one of the front desk agents he advise that check out time is at 11am and my children and I had to check out the room by that time . As a Best Western plus member I feel like my business was not appropriated.

I enjoyed my time for the holidays at this hotel. The rooms were a nice size and the temperature was controllable. The area has a lot of convenience as far as dining options and if you’re visiting any of the water parks or resorts, they are really close by. My only complaint was that the pool is open year around, but there is no heating in the pool area or the hallway. Beds were a little rundown time to upgrade. I love the free breakfast option in the morning because it’s actually delicious and there’s plenty to choose from. Overall, 7.2 out of 10

The house keeping never came in for our 4 night stay. The trash was never taken out by staff. Instead everyday 2a day my husband did oir trash.

The convenience of getting to Camelback and Great wolf lodge were the only positives. The rooms are clean but dated and worn out. Housekeeping services limited and had to request to get room serviced. The pool was out of service during our stay and no one fixed it. Breakfast was average and limited stock of hot and cold items.
