I had a double bed room and the room was amazing. So much space , cleanliness was perfect, had a full size refrigerator and a stove top and microwave, the beds was extremely soft. Overall we were very happy and will book here again.

A new property so the hotel itself was ok. Issues opening door to room. Staff does not wear uniforms or name tags, room smelled very strongly of chemical cleaner. It was clean and fine to sleep in. But due to construction around the property access is tough, other guests are questionable, no curtains only blinds in the room so it was very bright all night long. I would not chose to stay here again unless it was the only option. I’d spend the extra 30-50 dollars per night for another hotel in the area.

Bare basic hotel. Unable to have late check out even though hotel mostly empty on a Tuesday morning. Housekeeping knocking on door 10 minutes before checkout. Unable to get printed receipt. Told not able to do that. Not acknowledged when walking up to counter to purchase bottle of water twice. Back door by elevator was partially open. Should be kept shut and only access w room key for security purposes. No light bulb in socket under air vent on stove. Only styrofoam cups in room. Having stovetop with no pots to use it. No ice buckets. Had to get plastic bag at front desk to get ice.

The only downside was having to get my key reset multiple times. Otherwise, I have not one single complaint. Everyone was friendly and it is located very close to a lot of your major shopping and restaurants.
