I will never stay at this property again. I have stayed here many times and now they have a policy that if your room is ready before the check in time of 3:00 then you have to pay a $25 fee to check in early. I was at the hotel at 1:00pm the room was available but the hotel wanted to charge me $25 to check in 2 hours early. It is not like they allow you to check out at 3:00 if I am done with the hotel room early they dont give me any money back. I have never seen any hotel charge for early check in.

Property was miss leading from pictures. I was desperate for a room so had to stay. Room was dirty, felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I sleep in my all my clothes. In my opinion the room was over priced. Also hotel charges $100 deposit which I’m still waiting to be release back to my credit card, with a $4 fee??

Front desk took about 15 minutes to come out during check in and there was a line of customers trying to check in. Hotel was OK not the cleanest but not bad. No water pressure for the showers, disappointing. Very musty smelling in the room.

We make about six trips to Tampa a year due to soccer tournaments. This will be a hotel we will never go back to. One of the dirtiest hotels we have had in a very long time. There was mildew in the bathroom which here in Florida is common but more than normal. There were stains all of the floor and the sheets had black stains on them. We also woke up to a few new cockroach friends in the room with us.

Worst hotel stay ever
My stay was terrible. The room to include the bed has bugs. The hallways wreaked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Asked for two blankets and receive two fitted sheets instead. No managers on duty to aid in resolving these issues. Did not get any sleep, due to the bugs.

Entry and front office looked nice which was deceiving, room was dark and not very inviting, somewhat dingy, pool was nothing like the picture. We went to it and my son didn’t even go in. Our Tv remote didn’t work, made three trips down to front desk, staff was helpful but got another remote with no cover for the back. Phone would not call front desk, constant busy tone, when it wasn’t busy. Sorry to say it was not worth the money.

Looking for refund
Please let me start by saying I realize Tampa was recovering from Hurricane Milton however the room was absolutely unexceptable. When we checked in, the front desk didn’t say a word about the TERRIBLE condition of the room. Upon entering the room, the smell was so bad, unbearable. The room had clearly flooded. The floors were soggy. Upon entering room, there was a large industrial fan running. My girlfriend and I didn’t sleep for even a minute. I realize it was tough situation but the room should NOT have been sold. Even worse when checking in there was no mention of smell or industrial fan running in the room with no way for us to turn it off. Please make this right by refunding me in full
