On check in was upgraded to a more spacious room - which it was. Clean and comfortable room. Very helpful staff. Was a bit surprised at the $100 NZ charge to use the swimming pool - as had seen nothing about this in the listing. We felt this was a bit much (hence did not use). Were more than happy to take our cases at 8 am on arrival day - and checked in a little earlier - and keep until our departure on check out day

The InterContinental Yokohama Grand is an incredible hotel. Beautifully designed, clean, with a friendly staff and conveniently located in the harbor of Yokohama. If I ever get the opportunity I will stay there again.

The Intercontinental Yokohama Grand is a fantastic choice. It's located in the Minato Mirai area, offering beautiful views of Yokohama Bay. The hotel's unique sail-like architecture is a standout feature, and it's conveniently close to attractions like the Yokohama Cosmo World, Red Brick Warehouse, and Cup Noodles Museum. It provides elegant rooms, multiple dining options, and great amenities like a fitness center and a pool, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was way more that we expected. It was beautiful, the breakfast is well worth the cist and so is the dinner. I will be staying here every trip to Japan from now on.

This has been the over all best hotel that I have stayed at in years. The staff was very friendly, proffesional, as well as very helpful with all of my questions. Everyone at the hotel spoke excellent english as I don't know many Japanesse phrases. Thank you for being a great hotel
