This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. I really like the vinyl/wood flooring in my room. All hotels should have this. My room and bathroom are so clean!

Had some issues with keys, no big deal. The breakfast didn’t start till 7am so if your there for work and have to leave before seven your out of luck. They will not accommodate. No hot water in the morning for showers (I was in a down stairs room). The rooms were nice and clean. House keeping was great and the pool area was nice. There is a Byrn Dairy in easy walking distance.

I was annoyed that I ordered the 1 king bed with jetted tub room but did NOT receive that room at check in---I specifically booked this because that was the room I wanted for my husband and my anniversary date. Unfortunately we had a double queen room with NO jetted tub and it was a very warm room no matter how cold we set the room. Still had fun and relaxed but really wanted that jetted tub

The hotel decor was quite drab, and the patching of plaster in many places was not finished very well. The dining room had a bar, a pool table, a small stage, and a small dance floor. When we stayed, there were very few other guests, but the ones we spoke with were friendly. In any case, we slept well, which was our objective. We were on a stop-over on the way to Cincinnati, not a vacation stay.

What they don’t tell you is that when you pay ahead of time in full that they require $100 deposit with a credit card not debit but they don’t inform you of this until you pay in full at least on hotels.com/ Expedia. They have this contract that you have to sign, which is the most elaborate contract I’ve ever seen at a hotel The room was clean, Staff was acceptable, The hotel was quiet and there was at least 15 children staying there. We couldn’t turn off the air conditioner. It was that consistent 68 got a little chilly, but we did have hot water. Odd smell in the hallways It’s good for a one night. It served his purpose for us.

Definitely trust the bad reviews this hotel is NOT good. Hallway areas were all dirty. The pool is really dirty and the hot tub as well. NOT a Best Western Plus as listed in certain places. Hotel staff is not friendly at all upon checkin, doesn’t put in your BW rewards number. Our key cards didn’t work multiple times. They gave us the wrong room that we didn’t book. WiFi doesn’t work well at all. Our sink was clogged during our stay and they said “thanks for letting us know” but never offered to fix it. Hotel smelled like weed, rowdy neighbors. Our AC broke. I said hello to the front desk person when seeing her in the hallway and no response. Hotel should be $75 a night, not the rate it is for the awful service. Convenience store Byrne Dairy next door was the only plus.

The website does not state you need a credit card for incidentals. You can’t use a debit/credit card. It has to be just credit, which is ridiculous. Considering they ran my debit card as a credit card. I never had to put a pin in for debit. They make absolutely no sense. They tell you it states on website that you need it but all it says is they need a $100 deposit. Nowhere does it say credit card only.
