The property is very recently renovated and everything is new and clean. The breakfast was very enjoyable and the room was spacious and furnishings were modern and tasteful. We did ask for a couple of things and the service was prompt and friendly.

Too much construction going on, I wish I had known before I booked in. Loud and noisy when trying to sleep. Difficult to access due to driveway full of construction vehicles. When I finally got myself and luggage in I was shown a computer screen to check in even though there are staff standing there not busy. To go through a self check in that then didn’t even work. No phones in the room to call reception or order room service so unsure how you are meant to reach anyone. All looks good but poor planning and lack of service.

comfy room, however 1002 airconditioning outlet extremely noisy all night, and wind howling noise in the corridors! All the staff coped very professionally during the computer outage, and the included breakfast wonderful.
