I was running the Sydney Marathon so it was really just a quick stop over. Reception guys were fabulous and so helpful. They even let me quickly shower in my room even though it was after my check out time because my room had not been cleaned yet. That made all the difference for me, after running 42k the thought of getting on the train smelling from that was not appealing! Great hotel, clean and easy access to everything I needed. Would highly recommend

The reception staff were all young people and were absolutely delightful. Couldn’t do enough for us - I am old enough to be their grandparent. The housekeeper replenished used items when requested. I would stay there again

Great location with Westfields on your door step and lots of food options within walking distance. The room was very clean, spacious and had everything I could ask for. Reception was also lovely, always polite and willing to help. Finding the car park was interesting but that’s pretty standard for Sydney. Overall I would highly recommend!

House keeping was poor and Neglected.You could see the bathroom was not looked after and just the bed linen was made neat ,but even not properly changed?.The floor was not vacuumed for ages.The only good thing was friendly polite reception ,otherwise every thing was so below the average.
