This property has a unique style and vibe. The decor is cool, and despite being in the heart of the CBD it was surprisingly easy to get a good night sleep due to the blackout curtains and super comfy bed.

Quiet, clean, roomy accommodations right in the heart of the main shopping and business district. Easy walking distance to main attractions and public transit connections. Decor is very trendy or strange, depending on your tastes, but highly recommend staying here.

Nice hotel BUT
I really enjoyed the hotel and its convenient location, which was close to everything. The breakfast was excellent. However, I would rate the sleeping comfort 2½ out of 5. This is largely because there was no bed sheet provided, making it uncomfortable to sleep—either I was too hot with the quilt or too cold without it. Additionally, the lack of a toilet lid seemed unhygienic to me.

It was a really cool location in the heart of the CBD, the staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well organised, I really appreciated the subtle nods towards Theatre that were all around the location. In the room the lighting was dark and especially in the bathroom, which made it hard to get ready but otherwise loved the location and will definitely stay here again!

Staff from at Gowings were incredible. There was a stand out though, I think his name was Jackson. Very knowledgeable, great humour and made us feel at home. Our only issues were with the room. Our towels were stained, the fridge had a strong odour and also had an open carton of milk in there.
