We had ants in our room. The ants were on the headboards and the table in between the beds. We had to be moved from a double room to a king. The issue with this is it was a friend and myself so one of us had to sleep on a small dirty couch. When we checked out we asked to speak with the manager and we were told he was too busy to speak with us. We were told he would be in contact with us but we have yet to hear from him, it has been 5 days. I have emailed him twice since our check out date and he has not responded. To say this was a disappointing experience would be an understatement. It is still our expectation that we hear from them. We were asking for compensation not an entire refund but it doesn’t seem that they want to even apologize for the situation and inconvenience.

The room was nice but the carpet was dirty, bathroom towels were not clean, moldy shower pan, and when you ran the sink it smelled like sewage ☹️ We chose Hampton because it was Hilton affiliate. Not so….

We’re a family of six. The room listing stated “sleeps 6”, but said “2 double beds”. I wanted to be sure there would be enough beds for my children, so I called Hilton hotels directly and was told that they had rollaway cots available for checkout. However, upon checking in they said cots were a fire hazard so they didn’t have any. We drove to Walmart and purchased air mattresses. I had a glass of red wine in my room and a kid bumped my arm and spilled some on the fitted sheet. I was charged an extra $200 for “destroyed sheets.” The breakfast bar was mediocre and constantly out of coffee and bagels. This hotel stay cost me over $800 for two nights. Super disappointing. I’ll stick to Holiday Inn Express!

We were asked to accept a free upgrade in room on our check in only to be forced to move rooms the next day with no compensation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but don’t plan on using the fitness center as it is right off the pool and about 90 degrees and humid in there.

Nice location right off I-71 Ohio
Great hotel and location. Could have better size sheets that fit. Noisy blinds when raising and lowering. Good breakfast, eggs, hash browns, chicken patties, waffles, cereal, yogurt, teas, juices, milk. Four different blends of coffees , with creamers, packaged hot chocolate! Free parking, indoor pool! Bob Evens, White Castle, KFC/Long John Silvers nearby. Tim Hortons and great restaurants in close by in Delaware, Ohio. Tangier outlets close by. State liquor store in Krogers in Sundbury!
