Great stay

Staff was excellent. I was there for 2025 CFP and, of course, they were tasked to the limit. Every interaction I had was very personable and accommodating. They seem to go out of their way to help me and me feel I was their number one priority. Location was great. I will definitely stay there again when I come in for an event.

Poor Experience During Crodwd

Nothing about this trip went well. Went during national championship so it was crowded. Barely any elevators worked. Housekeeping randomly coming into room claiming this room should be empty - once at 4:30 in the morning. Requests went unfilled or ignored. Valet is understaffed. Too expensive for what it is - a middling hotel.

BLACK MOLD! Yes we were reimbursed for the room but we were both extremely sick from exposure not knowing the mold was inches from our faces as we slept each night and hidden by the curtain . We only found it the day we were leaving because we lost something and we happened to move the curtain, so we were there 3 days unknowning. As of now I have not been reimbursed for my medical bills nor medications and I refuse to keep calling and having my caps not returned by their insurance company. At this point; it's on Omni to do the right thing regardless, because Omni dropped the ball when having us fill out claim forms which kept insurance company from doing their job, which is covering those expenses and one should not have to work so hard to get reimbursed medical expenses.

The hotel is very convenient due to being close to many attractions and park in downtown area. It was comparable in price to other hotels in the area. Unfortunately, only valet parking is available for $60/day. The ice machine on our floor was broken and the room it was in smelled strongly of urine. Our bathtub had no stopper or switch to pull the stopper closed to take a bath if wanted. No microwave and the beds were very small….said 2 queens but they were more like full size. Ordered food to be delivered to my door but they did not allow that and so I had to go to the valley desk to go get it. No complementary breakfast…..just a lot of money spent for these little things to be an issue.
