The website for The Inn at Franciscan Square in Steubenville, OH, states that it provides an EV charger. In reliance upon having such service, I booked a stay and relied upon such service being available. Upon checking in, I was informed that the EV charger had not been operational for 4 years.

The hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly, breakfast was good. We needed linens for the sofa bed in our room and extra towels. The staff member was very polite and responsive. The ice rink right outside was a great activity for our family. We will definitely stay here again!

My young daughter (8yrs) was not able to take a bath due to having a handicapped room and shower. It was ackward to move the shower head (we have a hand held at home but this setup was odd). The guests in the room above us stomped and were loud for over an hour between 10:00 pm and 11:38pm. I called the front desk and Cindy said she would call the room above me. It was about 10-15 minutes later I heard a group of guys and girls laughing loudly down the hall where all the rooms are. This is rude and disrespectful for guests all because they were called to quiet down. It was nice seeing the skaters out front and having food options. Ive been to several hotels middle to upper class and didnt experience the loudness before. Must be thinner floors I guess. Just disappointed in our stay overall, it was not impressive as what I gathered from the photos, as I am a photographer.
