Awesome place for family vacation. Staff is great and very helpful, always with a smile in their face! The golf cars are excellent service and the drivers are the nicest people! I also want to mention a receptionist named DELMA, who get 5 stars from me!

The front desk && excursion staff was excellent! I had a very hard time with American Airlines getting to the resort and I took it out on the staff which I felt Horrible for! But let me tell you they stayed professional and handled me accordingly. And to that I am thankful even when apologizing I was understood.

The resort grounds are beautiful, staff was excellent!! I only have 3 problem's 1. There should be more restaurants on the grounds and 2. There should be a pool for adults only especially on the roof top. Kids/babies in the pool with pampers on which is not sanitary and 3 kids hanging out at the bar with adults is not a good look. If kids had there on pool and kidding bar that would be fine. I don’t want to be sitting at a bar with kids!

The property was great in every sense except for the bad smell due to what we believe to be poor waste management. Some of the staff blamed seaweed but others did mention it was the sewage problems which made more sense due to being in other areas of the island with seaweed and no smell. Also, the pool areas lacked music and entertainment. Music was played in other areas of property but not in the pool area where there should be a little more life.

Очень своеобразная система обслуживания в гостинице. За 8 дней никто ни разу не убрал!!! Смену полотенец и постельного белья пришлось настоятельно просить. В номере в который поселили сначала протек потолок, залил компьютер, ни один человек не извинился, не предложили более приличного номера, переселили в другой корпус, где жуткий шум от бассейна; пришлось ругаться, только после этого переселили в нормальный номер. Сами номера чистые и хорошие, мы жили в номере студио. Чистота идеальная, когда заселяешься. Удивило то, что в номере нет плиты, есть холодильник, тостер, чайник, плита была бы кстати. Территория хорошая, но чудовищный пляж, жутко воняет водорослямя, купаться невозможно. Благо в 5 минутах ходьбы есть прекрасный бесплатный Coki beach. До 10 утра там вообще не души, вода изумительная. Чудесный риф, изобилие рыб. Пляж пожалуй один из лучших на острове. Но это не частный пляж гостиницы. Бассейны в гостинице чистые, очень приятный бассейн on top, там немного людей и шикарный вид. В целом гостиница неплохая, но без машины там делать нечего, еда в ресторане так себе; персонал ленивый, особенно на рессепшн, вкатывают только парни, которые возят в номера на шаттлах.

As resort it was very good the hotel staff was amazing. They took care of our request got us checked in on time and we were never without towels. The room and view was amazing. Very clean, no bugs. HOWEVER!!!!! I cannot say the same for the restaurant. Through our our stay we were consistently slighted by wait staff. The restaurant was not busy but servers took their sweet time getting to us. One visit had us wait almost 30mins at breakfast before the serve even greeted us. My daughter noticed that majority of the servers were huddled in the corner up front talking. We were walked past a lot. From what I noticed When gratuity is added servers feel they didn't need to be pleasant or even available because they know they will get money. This is the issue I have with auto gratuity. Staff had no problem taking care of the mangers when they sat for meetings. Getting them water and food fairly quickly . My coffee took 15mins and there were only 6 tables seated. Wait staff needs to be retrained post haste. The bar was much better, we ended up just going there for the remainder of our visit.

Very good staff and convenient transportation. The property is showing some of its age however. The beach is plagued by sargassum sea weed making the beach unpleasant to be on frequently from conversations with locals and noted in other reviews of the property. If you are looking for a resort with a good beach and water that is routinely swimmable I would not recommend it. It is close to Red Hook and the ferry with clean spacious room / condos . The pools were clean and well kept. The food in the resort restaurant was good.

Great vacation spot! Smelly seaweed.
Really cleans great facility. Only issue we had is the seaweed build up on the beach was so pungent and made it hard to breath.

I love how clean the property is. I love how friendly and professional the lobby staff and property drivers are. The staff at the take out counter at Margaritaville can stand to step it up a bit. Drinks needs to be STRONGER!! I don’t like having to but my own alcohol on vacation. Lastly and more importantly I hated the disgusting smell from the seaweed and not being able to walk right in the water where I resided. I was nauseous majorly of my stay. I spent too much money to have had to being gagged day in and day out. I’m not happy with that.

Rooms were tidy, food was good however, fire alarm went off in building at 5:30am and nothing was said about what triggered the alarm. No one came to say it was safe to go back in our rooms. Staff were generally very friendly, stay was overall good

Not friendly at check in. Didn’t care that at almost 5pm, our room was not ready. Check in staff did not offer compensation or at least a drink/snack after our long travel day. Just told us to go wait in the restaurant and they would call us. Our room did meet our needs and when we asked for towel replacements, they put them outside our room. Unfortunately there was a large seaweed bloom that washed up around the resort that rotted in the sun. The stench was horrible and made us bring our dinner back to our room two nights and not eat on property the other nights. Bartenders were friendly and the staff at the property store made us delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches daily. Because of the negatives, we will not be staying at Margaritaville, St Thomas again.
