The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a variety of foods, including some delicious potatoes. The location has great access to Hwy 44 and you can get where you need to go easily.

The late arrival was greeted with a lock door. I has to call the front desk to get in. What happened if I don’t have a phone to call?! Also I was told La Quinta changed their policy that they are charging pet fee? It’s free before? I could have other choices!

Great hotel and staff at a reasonable price
The hotel was immaculate and the staff could not have been more congenial and helpful. Unlike other hotels, our handicapped room had a roll-in shower, as opposed to a bathtub that requires a gigantic step to get into.

Poor Service and Wrongfully Charged
I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During check-in, I was informed that I could not proceed because I was unable to make an unexpected security deposit. There was no mention of this requirement when I booked the room, so it was quite surprising. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude and embarrassed me in front of other guests. It took a long time to get a refund for the room, and I was additionally charged for a night that was not supposed to be charged. When I called the hotel to address the wrongful charge, I had the misfortune of speaking with the same rude receptionist. She was unhelpful and even threatened to hang up on me rather than resolving the issue. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope the hotel can address these issues to prevent similar situations in the future.

Upon arrival the room keys didn’t work to open outside doors. We then got to our room and one key wouldn’t work. The other key opened the door to find the room was already occupied. We went to front desk. We stood there for several minutes while 3 staff tried to figure out where to place us. They gave us another room. We went there to find it was a 1 bed and we booked a 2 bed. We went back to the front desk and they put us in another room. We got to that room to find it was a 1 bedroom also. We went back to the front de DC k, they had us standing there for a very lengthy amount of town. During this time the manager was not apologetic, he said there would zero compe nation for anything that was done. We got our money put back on our card and left! The manager told us that there was plenty of places for us to sat etc. he was rude and very unprofessional. He did no type compensation for any of our problems I highly do not recommend not staying here??

There was a mess just off the elevator. I couldn’t tell what it was but it remained there for four days. With all the cleaners on that floor yet no one vacuumed it up until Friday. Food was just ok. We ate two days for breakfast then found other options after that.
