Cozy comfy rooms steps away from both the pool and the beach. Short walk to the mall and everyone was nice. The property was clean and well maintained

The room was terrible. People were lovely !
I stayed in a expensive room. The balcony door was stuck and I could bare opened it, every time we took showers the water got out of the bathroom creating a huge puddle right outside of the bathroom creating a pretty bad falling hazard, somebody could’ve fall and break a bone easily, huge ants in the bathroom, bugs all over our nightstands and bed, the mirror hanging from the wall was almost falling, I asked the front desk to send somebody to connect the tv to internet so we could hook up our phones and watch Netflix, guess what they did not send somebody, I complained about this and asked them to move me to a different room but they never helped me. I’m a gold member in hotels.com and did not get Even a late check out courtesy. People were lovely but the place did not worth the money.

The grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was just okay and service was very slow. We had unusually long waits after ordering when the restaurant was not even crowded. The servers apologized but it happened every time. Also, I wish there were more local dishes. I was very disappointed with the food options. The omelet station was good. Some other items were cold (breakfast potatoes) every morning. I would stay again but eat elsewhere.

The grounds are stunning and even a garden view room has a beautiful view. It’s very easy to access the beach. The larger pool with swim up bar is wonderful and refreshing. The staff provided outstanding service and were very warm. However, the lunch and dinner service is painfully slow. The kitchen takes entirely too long to send out meals. When staying at the Radisson, please venture out to other resorts and local restaurants for prompt dinner service.
