Our holiday home with its 75m² is located in Höch am Demmerkogel at an altitude of 580 m in the municipality of St. Andrä-Höch.
No matter whether you are at the dining table, in the living room, in the bedroom, in the sauna, in the whirlpool or on the large balcony, you can enjoy the unforgettable panorama everywhere.
In the basement there is a sanitary facility with washing machines, tumble dryers, showers, washrooms and toilets for our adjacent small campsite.
Right next to it there is a small wellness oasis with a whirlpool and heated sauna
large terrace covered with wood or electricity (5 people), a lounge with a small bar. Drinks can be taken from the existing fridge for a fee.
So if there was bad weather with us, it would also be no problem to enjoy the holiday in this facility.
These facilities can of course also be used free of charge by the guests of the holiday home.
The house has a small anteroom with cloakroom, a living room with TV. and pull-out sofa, 2 bedrooms ,, bathroom with shower, a dining area and an equipped kitchen.
Smoking is not permitted in the house, but there is a covered smoking area on the balcony.
We are told that it is one of the most beautiful places in Styria.(Styrian Tuscany)
Our house is surrounded by vineyards, a small beech forest, inexpensive great bush taverns and a recommendable very good panorama hotel restaurant invite you to linger.
Hikers and cyclists (E. Bike) are not neglected in this hilly area.(Highest wine region in Europe)
A small pool is available for guests to cool off on during the hot summer days.
An attraction is our world's largest Klapotetz 800 meters away.
Our state capital Graz can be reached in 30 km, Maribor 45 km, Deutschlandsberg or Leibnitz 20 km away.
A highlight is the New Year's Eve with a clear view, where you can watch the countless rockets at eye level from Pohorje, (Slovenia) Petzen via the Koralpe to the Gleinalpe to Graz and the towns in western Styria at your feet.
Since we are very strongly connected to the Adriatic climate in South-West. Styria, we usually have no or only a few centimeters of snow in winter, but we can enjoy the warm sun rays from the end of February. Those who love hot days will not miss out in summer.
In early autumn, mushroom seekers also get their money's worth.
The harvest begins with us in mid-September and then we can taste the Styrian roasted chestnuts. ,Redden-. or enjoy the Schilcher storm along the wine roads until early November.
