My husband and I had a wedding in Nashville to attend. It was a last minute reservation. Then after I had made my reservations I went to the reviews and saw a lot of negativity about this place. It was so last minute I really didn’t have time to change my mind. Let me say….. I was so pleased I didn’t. This hotel is so quaint. From the moment we walked in the hotel it smelled so good, the room was clean and the staff were wonderful. We were so pleased that we extended our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

I booked this hotel strictly because of price and location to Grand Ol Opry. The toilet was in a very small room and made a screeching noise every time it was flushed. The AC unit smelt like a swamp cooler and you cannot open the window. You could hear people in the halls very easily and other doors opening and closing loudly. The elevator was not up to date in its inspection. The breakfast area was small , but a typical complementary breakfast. The parking was free, safe and convenient.

Hotel is convenient to opry mills. Area is starting to get a little rundown. Looks like a few businesses shutdown during Covid. Nothing bad with the hotel it’s self. Room was just a little small and ice marker on the 1st floor is the only one that works.

You can tell that this was a really good area at one time. The room itself was clean. I agree with others the bathroom is tiny and in need of repair. The guy when we checked in was less than thrilled to help us. Zero customer service from him. Went to Grand Ole Opry got back in later and the shower doesn’t drain. Which is gross. Told the two at the desk in the am and it seemed they could care less. The breakfast was decent. Parking lot was tiny and hard for bigger vehicles to maneuver. The main thing is it was close to the GOO.

Overall it was a good stay/value for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very small. No counter space for any toiletries. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Elevator needed a good cleaning and had lots of broken tiles on the floor.
