The facility in our room was wonderful and the staff is great however the heater in the hot tub wasn't working. Please note the breakfast food was wonderful especially the biscuit and gravy and the grilled cheese sandwich with extra butter

The room was decent, the bed was comfortable..all rooms face outside so it was rather noisy with people talking, kids crying outside at 9:30, finally quiet near 11 pm. I had to request that the floor be swept and washed on day one

Overall stay was horrible. The room was not clean, found dead bugs in the drawers dead bugs behind the picture started looking after I saw bugs crawling on the table the nightstand door I found a straw with some white residue on the bottom of it. I can only imagine what that was as well as I want to make a cup of Tea Black stuff was floating in the water so I took the coffee pot apart and cleaned it. Lots of black bugs were floating yes, it was a smoking room however I don’t feel that the linen on the bed should’ve been full full of burnt holes cigarette burns or everywhere on the bathroom sink bathroom tub as well as the bathroom sink was cracked so upon leaving the room, we decided to check for bad bugs with the iron and lo and behold. There were bedbugs so yes, this was the worst that I have ever had at this hotel. I am very dissatisfied. in the past, I have always thought high of this hotel. This is the hotel. I would always recommend and my go to because they accept my pets but not anymore as well as I will not be recommending this to any buddy.

It was a terrible stay this time my family and I have been staying at this facility for the last 12 yrs the front desk lady was terrible no personality this was not a good stay will be looking at other hotels in the area next time for our family vacations we were put in the back side of building there was people parked in there cars all night with lights on I had children with me and was terrified of this with them just hanging out in parking lot no one seemed to care wouldn’t ask the lady at the front desk for nothing for her being so rude to us . There is a new hotel down the street we checked out was beautiful and safe looking and front desk was very polite . This Quality hotel must let the homeless live there or something but it was a nightmare vacation ruined .
