This little up and coming neighborhood is right on the outskirts of Kendall Yards and offers many eclectic food and shopping options! Walkable distance from local delights including The Backyard Public House, The Bruncheonette, Doyle’s Ice Cream Parlor, Vieux Carre NOLA Kitchen, Maxwell House Restaurant, Indaba Coffee and Made With Love Bakery!

The Space:
This adorable 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home is located on the top floor of a gorgeous historic two story 4-plex. The home has been newly renovated with brand new flooring, kitchen appliances and carpet throughout.

We understand the importance of finding a space that feels like home when you’re traveling. It is with that mindset that we thoughtfully curated our home in hopes of sharing it with you. The kitchen is well stocked with all basic cooking essentials for preparing meals on-site. In the living room you will find a 55” wall mounted smart TV, perfect for unwinding and watching your favorite shows. With 2 queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom, this unit will comfortably sleep 6 guests. We carefully selected mattresses that provide high comfort and quality which have received rave reviews from many of our previous guests. Each bedroom is adorned with floor to ceiling blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Lastly, enjoy some fresh air while soaking up some sun on the outside patio area.

Wonderful stay!
Our stay was wonderful - Jerry and Natasha were very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. The home was very clean and organized. I would stay here again on my next trip to Spokane and would highly recommend this VRBO to others.

Such a great location
Everything we did in Spokane was within a 5 minute drive from the property. We attended our daughter’s graduation from Eastern & brought her grandmothers with us to celebrate. We had excellent meals and were so comfortable in Jerry & Natasha’s apartments.

It's perfect for a quick stay. It's clean, has character, and is cozy. A bit small for 6 adults (graduation weekend at Whitworth) but much more affordable than 3 hotel rooms! Plus the beds were very comfortable!!
