Hotel was clean, breakfast had great option. Bathroom could have used better lighting and a fan. Window had the black out curtain but no shear, unless you wanted the parking lot to see you naked.

The staff was kind and the place itself did its job. It was decent but the AC in our room made a weird noise when it was running, the water pressure in the shower was weak and our keys only got activated for one night versus 2.

We were there for a weekend girls trip. Dining and shopping options were within a walkable distance and shopping was only a few minutes drive. The hotel was well maintained and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I admit that I had low expectations for this hotel. We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for our weekend in Spokane. I've had some bad experiences at other hotels that I paid much more for, so my hopes were low. Clean comfortable rooms, great breakfast, 24 hour pool?!, easy parking, friendly staff. I would stay here again!

Staff at checkin were terrific. 2nd stay here and hotel is still as good as ever. Included breakfast was varied and tasty. I-90 access great and convenient to the Spokane Valley Mall.

Everything was great except the shower, not much watre pressure and the temp as well as pressure fluctuated the entire time, for as much as one room for one night is you'd think at the very least the water pressure and temp wouldn't change on their own

Home away from home
Excellent stay as usual except this time was with the family dog and we had no issues at all. There’s plenty of space (actual green grass) for dog walks which isn’t always the case with pet friendly lodging. We used the laundry facilities as well which was super convenient and open 24 hrs. (Front desk sells supplies and makes change for the necessary quarters.) Our room was clean and spacious. Beds are always comfortable! Staff is friendly and breakfast is hot and yummy.
