Bougainvillea Beach House

Located on desirable Gulf Boulevard, this breezy Key West style beach house offers wide views of the beach from the private balcony. A porch swing and rocking chairs make it the perfect place to relax after beach time.  Beach access is directly across the street.

This beach house consists of two upstairs vacation units, each with a private balcony.

Inside, the house is richly finished with marble floors, granite counters, and plush, upscale furnishings.  A television is in every bedroom, as well as the den.  The kitchen is fully equipped.  The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.  All linens are provided.

Conveniently located in the center of South Padre Island, it is walking distance to outdoor entertainment (great for teens), restaurants, and even the island grocery store.  Across the street is the shuttle stop for the FREE  Island shuttle (another teen favorite).

Four guests can sleep comfortably as shown.  Well-behaved pets are accepted with owner's approval for $75.

Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Downstairs is an outdoor shower to rinse sand after beach time.

Want to fish? Our guests receive a discount on private bay fishing in the Laguna Madre.

Perfect Getaway!

This has been the best VRBO property we’re stayed at while vacationing in SPI. It has absolutely everything we needed to have an enjoyable time. We had beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and a huge beach umbrella at our disposal. The property had everything you could possibly need. It truly is a home away from home. We got to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks from the comfort of our private balcony. Lynn and Captain Kevin were very gracious hosts. It is the perfect size for a family of four. It is centrally located and walking distance to the main avenue. The beach access is literally across the street.

We had such a wonderful time at this property in South Padre. It was cute, cozy, and right across the street from the beach entrance. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for our trip. Beach house fun
This property was perfect for our families beach vacation. The location of the beach right across the street and the use of the wagon and lawn chairs and sand toys made it super easy to enjoy the beach with ease. The grocery store was just a few blocks away, so it was easy to walk to the market for supplies. Also you could catch the free bus right outside to go anywhere on the islsnd! My favorite part was the porch swing with a view of the ocean and plenty of opportunities for people watching. The owner was super nice and helpful as well. We had a blast! Definitely recommend!!

We really enjoyed our visit. Lynn and the Captain were great. We walked the beach daily - public access is right across the road. Loved the covered porch and being able to see the ocean a bit. Situated across the street from the pedestrian beach access, the view and the sound of the surf was wonderful. The accommodations were excellent - furnishings, appliances, etc were definitely above average. The property manager is exceptional - she bent over backwards to ensure we had an ideal stay.
