The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The only negative was that the casino area is very smoky and the smell carried out into the common area leading to our room. We were past it quickly but definitely took away any interest in gambling, being non-smokers.

Called during the week to make sure the pool was open, yep no problem. Booked the room At check in, I was informed that the pool was reserved for adult only all weekend. Try to tell that to the kiddos. And then on top of it they charge me a "resort fee" Will Never go back to that hotel nor would I recommend to anyone.

Took a little vaca with the husband. The room was nice, bed was comfy, casino was fun and the food was good. The only thing that was bad was that the water never got hot. We had a spa shower and it would only get like warm. The day we checked out, neither of us could take a shower or was to cold.
