"A wonderful property nestled in Carmel Valley! Free electric bicycles and driving range. Excellent food, beds and very charming."

"The place was amazing the staff was super nice and friendly. The only thing that made our stay here bad was room service. I have a two year old and I had requested extra pillows multiple times never got delivered, we requested new sheets and they left them folded on the chair for us to change. We had requested for our room too get cleaned and when we got back the trash was still there, the only thing they did was make the bed and change the towels. "

"Everything was great! Even though when we arrived at 4 pm power outrage was out and we returned around 6 pm and still no power and then around 6:20 power arrived! Everything was great and breakfast as well! "

"The property had so many things to do from going on trails, golf, animals, a spa, big pool with a nice jacuzzi, and wonderful staff. The unfortunate thing was you could hear a dog next door dragging a leash or rolling a ball while barking at times late at night. However, the hotel can’t fully control that. Jeff was wonderful at the front desk and all the staff were very friendly. "
