"Right on the beach… Loved it!"

"Listing is JUST AS ADVERTISED, and then-some, too. Y'all, its RIGHT ON the beach. Not next row, not across the road, not down a flight of stairs, walk out the back, down the stoop-steps, take 3 more steps, and BOOM. Owners were available quickly with some answers to questions. Play-toys were here; snorkel and mask, noodles, a float-ring, tennis rackets, a cooler, etc. TV worked well; Roku-controls. Bed Comfy; slept super vacay-long! Kitchen is well-stocked. StX isn't big big, but Sugar beach being centrally located helps. We took pictures of the sunset one night, then enjoyed the sunrise the next morning at Point Udall (wow, what a view). Driving is easy on the left, with a little more concentration."

"This was a perfect location that had a beyond stunning view. We were able to get around the island easily with a rental car (highly recommend). Hosts were responsive and gave lots of valuable info before the stay. The beach in front of the condo was lovely. We were always able to get the temperature comfortable and had everything we needed in the condo. "

"What a wonderful first visit to St. Croix! The condo is exactly as listed. It was so clean on arrival and very well equipped. The view from the balcony was AMAZING!! We equated it to looking out from a verandah on a cruise ship. The water is that close! One morning we spotted 2 stingrays in the waves!The location of the condo complex was very central on the island and convenient to the airport, grocery stores, and all activities we wanted to do. We also felt very safe there.The communication with the owner, Dee, was superb! Dee went out of the way to remember our special occasions for visiting the island. Dee also made great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We were treated more like friends than renters. Thanks again for a memorable trip! All the best!!"

"We booked and paid for 2 months at Estate Garden Rock in St. Croix. The evening of our second day, I had an unexpected heart attack and was taken by ambulance to the hospital and flown to Puerto Rico for care. Thankfully, VRBO reimbursed 75% of the rental fee immediately without complication, for which we are appreciative and grateful. Brent, the assistant manager, went out of his way to help my wife pack and ship our suitcases home. We are deeply grateful for Brent’s help; he was superb!Although we were on site for less than 48 hours, the unit would benefit from more detailed cleaning. The dresser drawers were dirty needing to be wiped out before loading clothing. The coffee maker was dirty to the extent that we purchased a new one. The front door exterior was also quite dusty, leading to a negative first impression. We were not informed that the tap water was not safe to drink until the second day. We suggest that you provide prior notification to purchase bottled drinking water. Attending these hygiene details would help future renters feel comfortable in the unit. Tom and Charlene Fauria"
