A Lovely Place
Wonderful! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food available was a mixture of local and international. We ate local whenever possible as it was very good. Only downside some of the fixtures around the amazing pool area are in need of refurbishment but that would not stop anyone having a wonderful time here.

Overall wxcellent but tgereonlh let down by no policy at the swimming pool when controlling children behaviours. Out of an 8 nigh stay we had kids very noisy screaming on pool area for 4 straight days. Mentioned it to management but no impact. They should confine children to a dedicated section of the pools allowing adults have some quiet and a peaceful poolside experience.

Upon arrival we were met with beautiful Cambodian singing and dancing, sweet tea, and incredible kind and helpful staff. The property is truly beautiful. The swim up bar at the pool is fantastic. I could stay all night long at the bar looking out at the lamps hanging from the trees and the colorful lumination of all the raised walkways. Anotger bonus is the hotel is close to the Angkor Wat and the other Temples. The downside is the rooms are dated. We didn’t have electrical plugs to charge our phones by our beds. The bathroom needed to be updated and worse of all the bed was hard as a rock. Otherwise the hotel was wonderful.

Excellent place with great ambiance, and fantastic service. The staff are friendly, courteous and efficient and go out of their way to try to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. If there is one "flaw", it would be that this is not a complete non-smoking facility.... wish it were.

The management, lead by Pascal and his team were brilliant. Every member of the staff and management were attentive and made sure we had an enjoyable comfortable stay. We stayed in the hotel for two weeks and everything was perfect. The hotel has an amazing relaxing ambience, all of the staff were friendly, without exception; gardeners, housekeeping, front of house, food and beverage, spa, bell team, chauffeurs, chefs and all the staff we met. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, super clean, had everything we needed including great views of the splendid gardens, which were immaculate and had lots of birds and butterflies. The selection of food on the menus catered for everyone. The array of food offered for breakfast was fantastic, the lunch and dinner menus were great. The quality of food was superb. We would certainly recommend this hotel. Conveniently located to visit the famous temples and city centre. There was nothing to fault. We will be going back.
