Stayed here because it’s close to our family. This is our second stay. Complaints are when we checked in our room hadn’t been cleaned so they moved us to another room. The stopper on the bath tub wouldn’t stay up to drain. The pool was cold and the bottom of it was green. The fitted sheet never stays on the bed. The carpet by the door is torn You quoted us a price for the room then the hotel itself tags on misc. added fees for state and county and city tax, energy efficiency fee, safe with limited warranty fee. That’s not mentioned. The lady on the morning shift was rude and unfriendly when we asked why the pool was closed, apparently it was for an hour for chemical treatment.

Extremely clean, attractive room. Bedside lamp didn’t work. TV was not programmed. Only seating in room was a desk chair. Housekeepers were friendly but no one else was.

Our room was nice and big but the beds were very uncomfortable and tv remote did not work. The pool was closed for maintenance and that is the main reason we picked this hotel. The breakfast was very limited with no fresh fruit offered, they had brown and serve sausage, powered eggs that were dry, cereal, and waffles. They were very slow refilling the food when empty.
