First person we encounter was very responsive. Helped us switch rooms . How ever the room we were in was hard to sleep in. The air conditioner made so much noise my family couldn’t sleep! When I went down to tell some one the only thing she said was, “Well I don’t know what to tell you!” I told a second person and she said oh sorry. No one offered to help , offer to speak to someone to get it fixed or anything !

Front desk wasn’t pleasant, took forever and gave wrong directions to room. Hot tub was out of service , tv remote did not work , tub was nasty stained .

We stayed here almost a year ago and pool and Jacuzzi were closed. When we checked in, they told us the pool was heated, but the Jacuzzi was closed. Pool did not appear to be heated too cold to swim in. One of two key cards did not open room got that fixed next evening when we came back. neither key card would work had to get that fixed again and the room was not serviced for anything Still had dirty towels bed not made. Had to get clean towels. Staff did not seem that interested in helping. The next morning was disappointing. They asked why I told them and they said oh sorry. Not much concern to take care of customers. Apparently several staff were outstanding. A couple seemed totally disinterested.

We stay here often. It was a bit noisy in the middle of the night, we were next to the lobby, but other than that great as always and staff was fantastic. Pretty good free breakfast too!
