So the property structure itself was deteriorating. Secondly, when we were picked up at the airport, the receptionist was very rude and expected us to know where to wait for them instead of kindly explaining where pick up was. It then took them about 20 minutes to arrive when property is 7 mins away. When we arrived for check in, the receptionist made a comment about making sure my small children don’t pee in the bed, to which I replied don’t worry my kids are potty trained. That remark was uncalled and unprofessional. We also DID NOT sleep all night due to the street noise, it literally kept me up, pretty much all night. Luckily we only spent the night. Lastly, when we were checking out, the another receptionist was on the phone arguing with another customer instead of placing them on hold and checking us out, instead made us wait 10 mins while she ended the call, by that time there were 3 people waiting.

Total nightmare. Do not stay here. Very disgusting. We were late arrival and front desk clerk was not friendly nor informative. Very shady area. Rooms are outdated. Furniture outdated. Rooms had a filthy stench. Nasty carpet. Room door don’t seal properly, and door locks outdated. Walls are thin and able to hear people’s steps & conversations. Area too noisy, limited parking. I regret not arriving sooner inorder to get refunded for all three rooms, that were previously reserved thru Expedia.

the woman at check out couldn't give us a receipt, you could see and feel light/air through the door, the room wasn't what I would call clean. the bed was uncomfortable, the remote did not work, the fridge had a puddle of water in it, the coffee in the room only had two coffee's and four cups and four packets of sugar and stir sticks.

We reserved this hotel for the night because we had an early flight. The pictures do not reflect the reality. We were traveling with our infant child and made it clear that we wanted a non smoking room. The room was penetrated in smoke, even after attempting to spray disinfectant spray. The rooms are dirty and the place is very run down. The dressers are filthy and moldy. The bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. We are normally not people to complain but this is unacceptable! I don’t understand how they are still in business. And to top it all off they have a $100 deposit. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
