Honestly check in was rude - kept telling me I should have check in on their website instead of a third party. Kept pushing points. The room was a very long walk. It was also a very loud floor being on the first floor and next to Conference rooms. The room took a long time to cool down (AC wise) and had a musk smell to it. The bathroom shower drain didn't drain well. So you stood in a foot of water every time you took a shower. Also no hot water just a hint of warm. Take out at the restaurant was unsatisfactory for the price. They just threw your meal in a paper box with plastic utensils. Not even paper plates. For $70 meal I expected more service. Between the room and the meal this place is not worth the price. You expect more when you pay more not less. I expected more due to the name brand. I definitely was mistaken.
