The view of the ocean was great. Awesome customer service, with fresh baked cookies and free movies to rent in the evening. There was a good variety of food for the continental breakfast. The rooms are older but clean, and no AC, but the door open and fan provided was enough.

Love that this property is right on the promenade. Easy access to beach and downtown. Rooms are definitely in need of upgrading but they are kinda cool in a way. Beds are comfortable and cozy. Staff is awesome. Look forward to staying there every year.

2-Day stay.
We found the rooms a little bit dated but amazingly clean and well kept. Had a dog which they charged us 22 bucks for the stay. Gave us extra blanket for bed and toweld wipe dog off as well as bowl and treats. Thought this was amazing. Use the gas fireplace quite a bit. Not a lot of heat out of it but nice. Ambient ambience. Our dog Zoe had an incredible time as well. Met some new friends on the beach. Definitely want to come back and stay at this place.

For the price it was a good deal. Beach front and in front of the promenade for a budget friendly clean place to stay that's ocean front I would come again.

The hotel itself was fine, had what we needed. Everything was in working condition. The hotel is very old and outdated. When stepping in the shower, feels like you’re going to fall thru the floor. The trash cans provided are tiny and we filled them as a family with children after about 10 minutes of being there. No AC which sucked and got very warm at night. Fireplace has a pilot light on and exposed with no glass to keep children safe.
