"I havnt been here since I was 8 and my parents had their wedding reception. The place is GREAT in 2025. Restaurant gets an a+++ as did our Sunday night bartender. What could set the place apart from be great to excellent is in the smallest of details. Everything seemed clean and well kept… until we got in the elevator. The hotel was low traffic during our stay, so this wouldn’t be the excuse. The elevators looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. This is being picky because the place is gorgeous. But when you have a beautiful hotel, something like that sticks out in a painfully obvious way. Our room was huge with scenic views. "

"We booked the property for our stay to visit family is Pittsford. Prior to this, we had always booked hotels but we were really hoping for more space in a cozy environment and this property definitely delivered! Not only was communicating with Tim incredibly easy, the refrigerator was stocked with drinks upon arrival and there were snacks available too! We truly appreciated that extra touch as we arrived very late at night. I had messaged with Tim prior to arriving if I could purchase a prelit Christmas tree to put up since we were there so close to Christmas. To our surprise, he had already got the perfect pre-lit tree which added a festive touch. The rooms were cozy and comfortable and bathrooms immaculate with cute, travel size toiletries for use. The garage/downstairs hangout area was popular with our kids and they spent a night down there playing table tennis and watching Christmas movies.We would 100% book this house again, and as we come to visit family a few times a year, I’m just hoping our future dates will be available! The house is SO close to town and while the weather prevented us from spending time outdoors, we look forward to exploring when we return in the summer.Thank you Tim!"
