Book a hotel near Scafell Pike, Seascale

"Loved it here, very relaxing stay, lovely scones available on arrival and each afternoon, bed was comfy, shower was good. View from window onto River was beautiful. Liked that there was no TV in the room, more opportunity to relax. Also had an EV charger, was unable to get to it first night as someone else was parked in the space, but had access the following night so had enough charge to get home. Ate there 1 evening out of 2. Limited menu (still a good choice) very well cooked and presented. Would definitely recommend "

"We had a really lovely stay. The food was very nice. There is so much to do at the Woolpack. They have lots of games such as darts and pool. It is incredibly homely. We visited in the winter and we were made very welcome. "
