Hotels on the River in Savannah from $148

"My sister and I stayed 3 days for her birthday celebration. The experience was fantastic! The staff from front to back were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Aside from making sure we were had what we needed, they made the extra effort to help us enjoy our celebration by providing us a nice bottle of sparkling wine and some glasses along with a happy birthday card. The historic building was so interesting and beautiful and has easy access to the 2 adjoining restaruntants with more friendly staff and good food and drinks. The room we had by the river was roomy , very comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The only little negative we found and wasn't the hotels fault, was the noises from river street at night till 11 or 12 if you didn't have your TV on, but not bad. "

"After booking on the wrong day, I ended up having to get this hotel and it was wonderful. And the staff was wonderful from the valet to the front desk although they didn’t have room service we didn’t need it anyways, but if you’re looking for that, I wouldn’t book this hotel but they do accommodate you with the downstairs bar. You can get it to go it was great."

"We are frequent travelers to Savannah, and this is our go-to hotel! The staff is friendly, self-parking is easy(next to hotel) and ell an are comfy. Pretty sitting area with a fireplace if you have time to sit and enjoy. My husband has a bad back and loves the mattress. Location is convenient and walkable to a lot of places."
