The receptionist.. didn’t explain why she needed my Id when my husband used his card and identified. She just instanced. Also they when we filtered parking it didn’t come up as an extra fee. I had a hotel which included parking for the same rate!! Also no food on site in evening.. very disappointing

Hotel is older but you are staying in the historic district so it was to be expected. Staff were very friendly. Everything is in walking distance. You do have to pay extra to park. Valet parking is underground at hotel. I highly recommend booking parking at time of booking hotel.

Seems this hotel needs to be remodeled, bed had hair on it, foot stool was filthy with stains along with the chair, the carpet is tattered and worn, bathroom was not clean the tub was filthy with black stains and damaged along the wall...on a good note the staff was very friendly and polite

The walls are not sound proof because we heard other guests knocking hard on the door & partying in their room. The bathrooms could be updated to include vent/fans. Also the drapes in the room could be updated to include real blackouts that extend across the entire window area.

The staff were all amazing. It’s been a long while since I have come across good customer service and every employee there had it! I hope the management team knows what a great crew they have. 😁 the only things to improve - the pool definitely needed to be cleaned and serviced. The sides were dirty and the water was cloudy. It didn’t stop us from swimming. Also!! Tip for anyone booking through Expedia - get the valet parking for the extra $20 a day. If not, you will spend either spend $45 at the desk or $35 in the public parking outside the building. I wish it was clearer they didn’t have free parking available. (Kind of lame if you ask me).
