Booked a queen and looked really nice in the pictures, but when I got there, got a double on the main floor that hadn’t been renovated. It was pretty dumpy clerk said that there must have been a glitch and that was all that was available.

On the website, it says it's 3.9*, but I walked in to a very dirty,outdated property. (The pictures online look clean and newly renovated) It was gross, but I arrived at midnight, so I thought I could tough it out. During the night (3am) I was woken by a fight that broke outside, so security arrived and it was really loud. I couldn't sleep under these conditions, so I packed up at 3:45 and had to drive another 6.5 hours to get home.I placed a complaint, and am so frustrated.
