Bom para curtas estadias
Local de fácil acesso com comércio completo em volta. Quarto aconchegante com água quente, ar condicionado e internet funcionando perfeitamente. Cafe da manhã aceitável, sem muitas variedades. Quarto silencioso, porém um ponto a observar é a conversa alta entre os funcionários, no qual começa por volta das 5h30 da manhã. Sem mais.

Hotel sem estrutura se acabar energia
Ruim. Acabou a energia o nem luz de emergência havia no hotel. Não tivesse luz no celular subiria as escadas no escuro total. Nem gerador para o básico o hotel tinha. Banho?!? Não dava. Mesmo sendo na água fria, como não havia luz alguma, ficou complicado, inclusive para encontrar roupas e objetos no quarto. Celular acabou a bateria e assim a única luz foi-se também. Experiencia no total, muito ruim.

Fizeram uma área de fumante no hotel que fica no primeiro andar em um pátio em frente as janelas de todos os quartos do primeiro andar, era cheiro de fumaça a noite toda, e também é a mesma área de dispensa dos lixos então era barulho dos funcionários dia e noite circulando atrás da janela do seu quarto z conversando alto, fumando e cheiro forte de lixo. A piada é que cobram uma multa de 200 reais se alegarem que vc fumou no quarto.

Bom Custo Benefício
Destaque para as meninas do restaurante e da limpeza que foram muito simpáticas e prestativas. Quarto grande, reformado, café da manhã básico, mas que atende bem. Bem localizado, duas quadras do metrô Faria Lima, restaurantes, farmácia, mercado e academia próximos. Atenção a quem precisa, pois o Hotel não tem acessibilidade, só escadas. As toalhas e roupas de cama bem usadas.
