Not what I expected for Marriott standards
Modern Marriott lacking standards. The staff at all levels even housekeeping were very nice. The problem was more our accommodations. We didn’t have enough towels and our bed would move everytime we sat on it. We could not put the brakes on. The bufet breakfast was not tempting at all. We ate one day out of our 3 day stay. Lunch was good though they have amazing burgers.

Convenient hotel close to SCL airport, free shuttle, rooms to international standard given the star number. Has decent on-site restaurant, with good breakfast. Worth the price given the convenience.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the airport transfer was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the restaurant runs all night, which meant we could get a snack after arriving from the airport at one in the morning. The lack of good soundproofing in the rooms and the sliding door in the bathroom that doesn’t really close completely were the two points we found against the hotel.

This hotel does not provide all of the services it advertises. For 2 days there was no coffee in the lobby or for the espresso machine in the rooms. Then they ran out of bottled drinking water. Finally the hot breakfast trays were empty for about 45 minutes so no egg, bacon or vegetables. The shuttle service was also not available as it was overbooked.

I liked that it was busy and there was always staff 24/7. Even the restaurant was open 24/7. It was pretty well protected as well and the shuttle to the airport was free.
