Great Stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Santiago de los Caballeros. I recently stayed for one day and had an overall great experience. Poor WiFi - needs to be improve.
Great hotel, but needs to improve WiFi service. Terrible. It is impossible to work with the complementary internet. You MUST buy their Internet package. I travel all over the works and with the complementary WiFi at least I can surface the internet and download documents. NO POSSIBLE, not even surf the internet.

The hotel is very clean and confortable. But the only problem is that they doesn't have room service, and the TV doesn't working, the air conditioner shot of in the middle of the night and it Was hot as hell. But they give us another room right away... But everything else was goog.. I'll give it a 8 out of 10..
