Tub was plugged and I removed a good sized hair ball from there since the nights engineer was not available. The floor had a spot where it could have possibly floor damage under the carpet. The bedroom smelled musty or kind of like water damage had occurred. Might be time to remove the carpet and see if there is water damage going on room 408. $40 parking per night sucks and pricing should be lowered since other parking places were $30 or cheaper from other areas. The staff was awesome and super nice but room definitely needs attention.

As hotels go, everything was fine EXCEPT for your newest white air port shuttle van. I am surprised that thus type of van was selected without actually trying to get into it as a passenger. The step up from grade is despite the presence handle assist TOO HIGH! It was painful to both exit and entry. The driver should be provided with a :ground assist (1 step needed) to be used at all stops for passengers. This hotel looks nothing like it does in the photos. I’m Shocked it gets to keep its Marriot name. The rooms are archaic and the entire property is literally falling apart. The deck above us was falling off!! That was several rooms. There was a soft spot in the floor leaving the bathroom to the hall. A HOLE! The parking is outrageous at $40 a night and it is down an alley and across the street. Not secure at all. The exit gate stays open all the time because it’s broken. And the free breakfast is the worst I’ve seen, and we stay in hotels quite several times a month.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the 24hr shuttle was a plus. Our first room was not clean and smelled of mildew. The staff did rectify the situation quickly by moving us to another room.

Stayed in the accessible room which needs a replacement on the barn door for the bathroom. We were getting stuck in bathroom because the door came off track. Bedside lamp charging ports not working. Pool needs some attention. Overall, okay stay due to the staff politeness and professionalism.

I did not have the best experience at this hotel. The bathtub would not drain, the A/C was broken in my room, and the pool was dirty. The room also smelled musty like sweat. The cleaning lady also came into our room without knowing we were still in the their sleeping.
