Beautiful 3-room apartment with 70 sqm in a pedestrian area in the center of the small town of Can Picafort.

Caution !! The electricity during the stay has to be paid extra (0.45 € for KW)


Can Picafort has about 8000 inhabitants. There are nightlife options and two large supermarkets near the apartment. The sandy beach has a length of 7 km. The promenade is a stone's throw from the apartment. As a former tour guide, I would be happy to give you further tips.
The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. The shower has a hot water boiler. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and is equipped with air conditioning. From the spacious terrace you get a view of the green.

Good: Location is great if u want to be in the middle of busy touristy town- so good if you have independent kids to walk to beach or shops and disco 2 streets over. One caveat is it would be great if no strip tease bar were located a few houses down from this place; Great is the terrace if no bees, (we had a huge nest that kept bothering us when on terrace, Marchela left a spray can for us to take care of it, we said no so she sent a man that only sprayed the bees nest and left the nest on the terrace so of course the bees return, so WE had to remove the bees nest ( you’re welcome); She responds to issues but Her responses to our issues were delayed until the weekend when she’s off work. Bad: No dishwasher ( VRBO says there is one but there is NOT one, we were there for 3weeks with dish pan hands now!); Location is in the middle of a busy & very NOISY town so makes sleeping difficult if you open windows or not (daytime is ok) and it’s next to strip tease bar & men/sometimes very drunk coming out ( I would not have stayed here because I have a young daughter 19 yrs coming home late at night next to that); unit is tooo hot in July making Me have to run the air conditioner and the floor fan constantly to cool it since the apt is NOT energy efficient and AC units filters were dirty so causes them to have to run longer- and you have to pay for electric, now I know why; PARKING is very limited unless you are ok walking 1 mile away lugging groceries & we got 100 euro parking ticket; kitchen sink is old and looks dirty makes me not want to be in kitchen; refrigerator does not cool well; bath shower head fell off 2 times and she came to fix but not til the weekend ( second time I did not bother to call because it would take her 1 week to get there to fix); Bathrooms have no fresh air so u sit on the toilet sweating profusely after just getting out of the shower; I would only stay here again IF it’s at half the price during peak time IF it’s a short visit of 5 days or less not in hottest months of July and you don’t have little kids and don’t mind washing dishes by hand or plan to eat out for most of your meals, and you don’t have a car; Other major negatives: Huge black bugs 3 inches long x2 and ants if u don’t keep every crumb off the dining table. Glad I’m back home . No long vacations there and definitely not in hottest months.

Comfortable appartment
Appartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable for us (2 couples). It is located on the main street of Can Picafor in the middle of shops and restaurants. Only the distance to the beach is definitely not 50 metres as stated in the description but rather 200 metres (3 blocks from the beach). Communication with the owner was perfect and easy.

Spacious apartment can pickafort
Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in the hustle and bustle of can pickafort. We really enjoyed our stay in the this modern apartment it had everything. The shops bars and restaurants wer in the street below and the beach was a 5minute stroll away. You must try ciao ciao Italian restaurant opposite the apartment facing Burger King authentic Italian food 5 star

Nice apartment
Overall the apartment was clean and more than adequate. The only issues were that the single bedroom has no air con, meaning that it is too hot to sleep in, and the 2nd toilet smelt badly of drains.

Really nice appartment
Great place with enough room for 2 couples and a young toddler. The wrap around balcony (on two sides) was great and safe place for the toddler to play. Easy parking in the local streets but we were there at the beginning of the season (1st week of March). Communication with the owner was good. We had one problem with the coffee machine and that was replaced with a new one the next day! All in all a very enjoyable holiday.

Nice apartment, spacious and cosy. We enjoyed our holidays in Can Picafort. Location is good. Mercadonna supermarket is in 3 min walking, sandy beach in 1 mins walking distance. Special thanks to Marchela for waiting us too late at night because of flight delay. Great host! I would recommend the apart.

The appartement is absolutely super. Lovely terras, all around app. Very clean, enough toewels plus kitchen equipement. Surroundings, main street, lots of shops and restaurants. Boulevard and beach 50m away. Its in the low rise building area. Hardly no big hotels in the area, which I very much appreciatie. I will definately come back

Dejlig lejlighed, og super beliggenhed. Værten er nem at kommunikere med, og svare hurtigt. 🙂 Fin plads til 5 voksne. Lejligheden var kold i april, men den ville være perfekt til sommer. Der kunne jeg godt bo igen. 🙂

Frühling auf Mallorca
Hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen auf Mallorca. Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen voll und ganz entsprochen. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, die Heizung funktionierte, die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es gab auch richtige Decken, denn zu dieser Jahreszeit kann es nachts doch kalt werden. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: der Kanal stank in den beiden Badezimmern manchmal sehr stark. Hatten aber letztes Jahr das selbe Problem in einem anderen Appartment. Zur Lage: Das Appartement befindet sich im Zentrum von Can Picafort. In der Nebensaison war es schon schwierig einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. In der Hauptsaison könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass es außerdem dann schon laut werden kann. In ca. 10 Minuten konnte man zu Fuß zu Aldi einkaufen gehen. Toll wäre noch ein Geschirrspüler. Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Mallorca um diese Jahreszeit ohne Massentourismus, Wetter wunderbar. Man sollte aber beachten das die Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht alle geöffnet haben aber durch die Ferienwohnung alles kein Problem da man sich alleine versorgen kann, in der Nähe Einkaufsmärkte Aldi, Lidl und Eroski usw. und ein wunderbares Restaurant in der Nachbarstr Petit San Remo (Eis, Kuchen, Tapas, Salat, Pizza...). Ferienwohnung hat ein große Terrasse die um die Wohnung herum geht. Liegt inmitten einer Einkaufsstraße und nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin schnell und unkompliziert. Würde die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen.

Schöner Urlaub in einer Top Lage.
Alles in allem eine schöne grosse Wohnung in Top Lage. Einige kleinigkeiten müsste jedoch in absehbarer Zeit renoviert werden. Sauberkeit hätte auch besser sein können. Die Sache mit der Abrechnung für den Strom gestalltet sich auch kompliziert. Als wir bereits abgereist waren, hat die Vermieterin sich gemeldet für die Abrechnung, bzw. zum ablesen des Stromverbrauchs. Dies könnte besser gereglt werden. Also konnte ich den Stromverbrauch nicht bezahlen.

Muy agradable estancia en Can Picafort
Estuvimos muy a gusto, la casa estaba súper bien equipada e impecable cuando llegamos. La terraza es una maravilla. Zona muy bien comunicada , con la playa a menos de 5 minutos y varios supermercados al lado. Muy recomendable.

Un appartamento ben tenuto e curato nei particolari, l' unico problema x chi deve utilizzare la cameretta è che puzza terribilmente di muffa a noi non occorreva quindi abbiamo tenuto sempre la porta chiusa.

Funktionelle und voll ausgestattete Wohnung, mitten im Geschehen von Can Picafort. Wir haben die Wohnung und die direkte Lage genossen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Dafür war die Bezahlung des Strom unklar. Wir informierten uns am Tag vor Abreise über die Abrechnungart per Whatsapp. Die Antwort kam leider erst am nächsten Tag und nach der vereinbarter Abreisezeit, sodass wir der Aufforderung "20 Euro in der Wohnung hinterlegen" nicht nachgekommen konnten.
