Small dark rooms! The hotel overall was very dark. The room felt tight and the bed was awful. They stuck 2 small beds to each other to make it like a queen.

This hotel was very dark. The rooms were so small, the beds were 2 small beds stuck to each other (I.e. you can fall through the middle), dark glass everywhere I’ve never felt so claustrophobic in any hotel. They need to redo the rooms and add more light and lighter colors. The room had black everywhere. Even with the window open and blinds pulled it was dark.

What a wonderful location. It was unexpected that everyday the hotel lobby offered pastries, wine, and flavoured water. We were always asked if there was anything that we needed to make our stay more comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat excellent value for the money!

Area a bit touristy but conveniently located near both Red and Blue metro lines. Easy walk to Chiado and sights. Rossio train station across the street for day trips. Hotel is well maintained with nice breakfast buffet.

The staff is very accommodating. The overall hotel is extremely beautiful clean, and the views are impeccable. The breakfast was delicious lots of varieties and again enjoying breakfast on the sun deck overlooking all of Lisbon is magnificent.
