Just what we needed
Thank you for allowing us to stay at your perfect place. We had a rough year and this was what the 4 of us needed to face our next steps as a family. With our kids already young adults, it is difficult to find time where the 4 of us can enjoy each other's company. I prepared all the food beforehand so we did not visit any of the local attractions, other than the beach and my son and husband went to Carmel. My daughter brought all the books and games so we could all catch up on our reading and playing. My husband, who suffers the cold very much brought all the blankets from our home but we barely used all of them, temperature was great. In summary, we enjoyed it very much thanks to the environment being so welcome.

Enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for us (in the loft) and our elderly mom (main bedroom). The condo has everything you could possibly need. The views are incredible! We spent most of our time sitting and watching the ocean. Would absolutely rent again!

I just can’t get over the views from this lovely unit in Pajaro Dunes. Super convenient to the beach and the unit has everything you could need. Super comfortable couch right next to the big windows. We struggled with the internet but the host was super helpful about it. I’d love to stay here again.

Perfect Honeymoon Hideaway!
My husband and I booked this condo for our honeymoon and could not have been happier with our experience! The kitchen was fully stocked with the appliances we needed to cook and eat there, including a BBQ on the ocean-front patio. So romantic and so comfortable. Our host was also very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this wonderful place! It did not disappoint and we have definite plans to return!!

We loved the location of this beachfront condo, but the cleanliness factor was not great. We walked in and there were crumbs on the counter like someone just ate a grilled cheese there. We went into the bedroom and the comforter was dirty and there was hair on the comforter, pillows and sheets. The unit has a washer and dryer so we washed everything ourselves before we could sleep in the bed. Definitely should look into hiring a new cleaning person.

The views from the windows of this property are stunning, exactly what one would want on the coast; ocean! The property is well stocked with cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with towels and toilet paper. The beds were comfy and fresh. Everything was wonderful!

Another few days in paradise
This is my second stay in this unit, and the owner's communication as well as the stunning views did not disappoint. There was an issue that prevented us from using the loft (hence, the 4 stars for overall rating), but it was an issue that the owners tried mightily to resolve, and they were extremely understanding and accommodating. As long as that issue gets addressed so I can give it the 5 stars it deserves, I will certainly be back!

Relax and Rewind
We usually stay in Pacific Grove or Carmel. Wow! I fell in love with this Pajaro Dunes condo! It was everything I was looking for! The views! We looked right out on the beach and slept with the slider open to hear the waves! It was on the 3rd floor so we felt safe keeping the slider open. I slept like a rock on the mattress. (My hubby thought it was too soft.) I loved falling asleep to the crashing waves. There was a loft with 2 beds but we didn’t use them. The mattresses looked thin so I’m not sure how comfy they were. Loft was clean and cozy though! The condo was clean and comfortable. Temps were chilly at night so we used the gas fireplace. The kitchen was stocked well with everything you need to cook with. There were a few bleach stains on the carpet but hey…bleach is clean. It didn’t take away from the cleanliness of the place. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. Literally go down the stairs and out to the beach. I was worried that the condo area might be noisy but everything was quiet. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. I would stay here again. It’s a short drive to Monterey so we went to Cannery Row and the aquarium. I would love to stay again…only longer!

We had a great time in this beach condo. It had everything we needed. My only word of caution, if you are older is there are a lot of steps. The condo is on the 3rd floor. No elevators. They have a ramp up to your stairs, that you will need to use a cart to load your things into and push to those steps. The tub surround is very tall for an elderly person also. The shower head is stationary, not hand held. The internet was not working. The guest internet, nor the private internet. The host responded, but after rebooting the internet, we did not want to spend a lot of time on it. So, no TV, computer, Kindle, etc. We ended up using our phones as a hotspot to get what we needed done and then shut that down. If you don't have unlimited data, it would have been costly. The view out that window and balcony is gorgeous and if we weren't on the beach we could still feel really good about the setting. There are 2 flights of stairs to the beach. I liked that this condo was at the end of the row of condos. We would rent this condo again.
