The Space:
This property is very comfortably furnished with quality fittings throughout.
The stand out feature is the kitchen and living/dining area which includes a reverse cycle air conditioner. The area is very large and open adjoining a large timber deck with superb views over the farmland.
The kitchen is very well equipped with upmarket appliances, including a dishwasher, and Breville Espresso coffee machine (just bring Beans). There is a large island bench overlooking the living area.
The living and dining area are very comfortably furnished and feature a wood heater for winter warmth. There is a TV, DVD player and a sound system. There is an additional lounge area adjoining the dining area.
There are three bedrooms, sleeping 7overall. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk in wardrobe and a fully equipped en suite bathroom including a huge bath. There is a sliding door which leads onto a deck which also has an outdoor shower. Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three a single bed over double bed.
BYO LINEN:
Bedding is provided but guests must bring their own linen and towels.
There is a large main bathroom with a separate toilet. The laundry has an automatic washing machine.
A gas BBQ is provided.
There are plenty of games including board games, puzzles and a foosball/air hockey table.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
Guest Access:
You have use of the entire house and yard.
Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys.
The Neighborhood:
Picturesque Sandy Point beach is a pleasant 3-minute walk away at Ned Neales with the patrolled beach 10 minutes’ walk from the house near the local milk bar. The Shallow Inlet, famous for wind surfing and fishing is a short 5-minute drive. Other Sandy Point recreation facilities suitable for children and families include the mini golf on the foreshore, the Surf Lifesaving Club, Children's Playgrounds, Tennis courts and a half basketball court.
Numerous recreation and relaxation facilities are within reach such as golf courses, bush walks, fine restaurants and of course the South Gippsland's popular wineries and art galleries. Accessible to both Wilson's Promontory and South Gippsland the location makes it an easy drive to the popular Squeaky Beach, Waratah Bay, Inverloch and Port Franklin.
Getting Around:
Enjoy the convenience of shopping facilities in Foster, just 20 minutes away, with the luxury of being able to return to the peace and tranquillity of Sandy Point. The Sandy Point milk bar provides convenience within walking distance of the house and supplies a selection of food, fishing goods, household items, magazines and a bottle shop.

Other Things to Note:
Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
Please note: There will be a call out charge if we are called out after hours. Eg: Losing Keys.
