Easily one of the noisiest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. People in the next room talking, people outside talking, people walking around upstairs, toilets flushing, TV’s in other rooms, you hear it all. Staff seemed disengaged and did nothing about a group of drunk golfers being loud in the courtyard until almost 11pm. They were also unapologetic about some minor issues with the room. I stayed in worse, but I have definitely stayed in better.

Quality Suites was perfect for our 1 night stay in SLO. The rooms were clean and spacious (we had a suite). The lobby and the pool area are really nice with lots of outdoor seating around the pool and a garden area. All members of the staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good with lots of ala carte items. There were also several different offerings of hot items served from a grill so they were hot and fresh. They have a happy hour from 5:30-7:30 with complimentary beer and wine. There are several choices of places to eat within a few blocks walk.

We had a recently remodeled room and it was great. We had stayed here before and the rooms were dated. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The FREE breakfast is fantastic. We had a room in the back of the property near a little creek. Quiet & peaceful. Super convenient if you’re visiting Cal Poly.
