This was a beautiful and amazing stay, not only because of the property grounds, our beautiful suite in the Reserve area, but their whole hard working staff!!! They were so attentive and accommodating to our every need! Enrique our concierge, was very helpful! All the food was delicious, the chef at the breakfast buffet was amazing! I was impressed with the beautiful landscape, manicured by Julie a very hard worker! The location was also perfect as we wanted a quite beautiful beachfront resort and we were in the middle of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, which we visited. Loved the private beach! Food The hotel’s clean esthetic My room ( bed so comfy ) Safety I would definitely stay here again while in Cabo!

Food was the only good thing about this resort . Definitely adults only if you are over the age of 60 who tends to be in bed by 9pm . Don’t come here expecting a good time . Peace and quiet is what you will get if that’s what you’re looking for .

Resort is very good. Pool is amazing. We had the swim up suite, so the private pool was fun. But The restaurants were very average. Tokimeku - Asian restaurant was very good. Even the Mexican place was good. Capella-Italian, lunch place, Santhe- international cuisine were all below par restaurants. No options, no taste and plenty of flies. Ice cream store was very very good. Enjoyed the ice creams. The reservation system was pain. You need to have a good concierge. We had a terrible one. They are supposed to give all information about the activities. Do check for a good concierge. If you are a vegetarian then lunch options are very very less.

Primeramente quiero decir que los empleados sin incluir al gerente del hotel ni los de reservaciones que nunca dieron la cara son excelentes en su trabajo. Desde los bellboys, recepcion, meseros, bartenders….todas estas personas hacen ese hotel! En especial Roberto Carlos en la barra Celsius de la piscina, es un amor de persona e hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera mil veces mejor. Selene en el food truck y Jennifer en el café de Nespresso. Todos contribuyeron para que nuestra estadia fuera placentera y a gusto, tambien el muchacho que nos reservaba las bali beds diario(no acuerdo su nombre). Ahora bien antes de llegar tuvimos una super mala impresion al ofrecernos un upgrade que nunca se cumplió, ni siquiera la habitacion que reservé estuvo correcta porque solo tenia una cama en vez de dos. El restaurante Malva para desayunar es pésimo, la comida y las opciones…que pena. Con el precio que se paga para hospedarse aqui deberian de ocupar menos tiempo y esfuerzo en estética y preocuparse mas por cosas básicas como la comida y organización de reservas. Para el colmo durante nuestra estadia habia convencion de Kellanova y siento que ellos tenian mas atenciones en base a los restaurantes y espacios. No creo que regrese a este hotel pero en dado caso que me pidan mi opinion las personas pueden estar seguras de que el servicio departe de los empleados estará al 100!

The resort was supposed to be adults only but there were 2 small children there that kind of put a damper on things. Take your own floaty bc they only have a handful for the pool. But other than that we had a good time.

This property has all the makings of what could be 4.5 property. The aesthetic of the resort, room accommodations and staff are wonderful. This is supposed to be an all adult, all inclusive resort. They fall short on EVERYTHING else. I’m not looking for a “party resort”…but there are several things they need to fix: 1. You shouldn’t have premium liquors on display only to be told you aren’t eligible to have them 2. As an all inclusive you shouldn’t have a specific restaurant that you can only dine in for an additional $60 pp 3. You shouldn’t have added items in the menu that you can only get if you pay a hefty additional charge 4. I was there for 5 days…they had a DJ playing music by the pool only 2 of those days, no interaction with the guests, and for only 2 hrs each time. We literally had to ask the swim up bar to put music on 5. There is zero activity crews/coordinators. There was only 1 pool activity…30 mins of swim aerobics only 1 time the ENTIRE time I was there…and this is end of June, not off season! 6. It’s all adults…so why were there kids there? 7. The Nespresso bar/cafe was closed 4 out of 5 days 8. No nighttime activities/shows/events. They had a lounge-type band that played for 2.5 hours maximum I would not stay here again unless these things changed or I just wanted a place that offers nothing except a great room

For this to be adult only resort. No events planned for adults no music played by pool..no onsite activities..restaurants and bars closes too early. Food in restaurants was not good at all..none of them Drinks were watered down. Didn't have an issue with my room but my other family members did. From bed being complete wet to floors being cracked to the point she almost twistedher ankle .checking in was not good at all. Neither was the checking out. Just weren't friendly at all Will never go back here or recommended to anyone
