"One thing to note- if you are sensitive to noise this location is in the middle of the historic center of the city which gets very loud at night so in the spring before the a/c is on, if you sleep with the windows open you will be hearing lots of yelling, talking, music, sounds of trucks in the morning— if the windows are open you will not be getting a quiet and peaceful sleep! This is not uncommon in Europe but be forewarned! "

"Stayed at this hotel for one night during a short trip to Florence. The hotel is centrally located. Super convenient to all shopping, dining and sightseeing. The train station is only a short walk away as well. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They let us store luggage before and after the checkout. Which was very convenient. There is none at the front desk at night, so you can’t complain about the noise coming from the other rooms. I’d highly recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Those are good regardless of where you stay, really. Overall we had an excellent stay. Would definitely return. "
